Arise Scheduler Terms of Service

Version 1.2 • Effective July 26, 2026

These terms explain how Arise Scheduler access works. By installing, activating, or using the loader or protected scheduler, the subscriber agrees to these terms.

1. Subscription access

Arise Scheduler is sold as a subscription access product. Access is tied to the plan selected for the subscriber and follows a fixed renewal schedule.

2. Renewal schedule

  • Pay-Cycle Access renews on the fixed 9th and 24th pay-cycle dates.
  • Monthly Access renews monthly on the subscriber's assigned date: the 9th or the 24th.
  • Starting late, paying late, or using the tool less often does not extend the next renewal date.

3. Payment and status

  • Payment should be received by the renewal date.
  • If payment is not received by the renewal date, the license may become expired and the scheduler may stop loading.
  • A suspended license is manually blocked by the administrator and remains blocked until reactivated.

4. Personal license restrictions

  • Each license is for one subscriber and one registered Starmatic account.
  • The first verified Starmatic account name may be saved to the license.
  • If the signed-in Starmatic account does not match the registered account, the scheduler may be blocked.
  • Sharing, reselling, or transferring a license to a different subscriber without approval is not allowed.

5. Device and browser use

A license is not limited to a single browser or device. The subscriber may use the scheduler on a new browser or device at any time, and access will automatically move to that browser or device, provided the same registered Starmatic account is signed in. Using the same license on more than one browser or device at the same time is not permitted. Suspected abuse, including use by someone other than the registered subscriber, may lead to the license being blocked.

6. No guarantee of work or earnings

Arise Scheduler is a helper tool only. It does not guarantee availability of schedule releases, successful schedule selections, work opportunities, earnings, or uninterrupted operation of Arise, Starmatic, or any other third-party platform.

7. Responsibility for selected shifts

The subscriber is responsible for reviewing the intervals selected through Arise Scheduler and for working any shifts they accept or submit. The subscriber is also responsible for correcting or releasing unwanted intervals according to the rules of the scheduling platform.

8. Service limitations

Changes, outages, maintenance, browser issues, internet problems, or third-party platform changes may affect how the tool works. Reasonable fixes may be provided, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

9. Prohibited conduct

  • Do not attempt to bypass the licensing system.
  • Do not tamper with the loader, extract protected code, or reverse engineer the protected scheduler.
  • Do not use another person's Starmatic account with your license.

10. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after activation, except in cases such as duplicate payment or a service-side issue that cannot reasonably be corrected. Any rights required by applicable law still apply.

11. Information used

The system may store subscriber information such as name, contact details, license details, Starmatic account name, browser identifier, synchronized scheduler presets, pay estimates, Commitment Adherence statistics, campaign preferences, and payment records for licensing, synchronization, account protection, support, and billing management. See the Privacy Policy tab above for details on what's collected and why.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means the subscriber accepts the current version of the terms.

Arise Scheduler Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

Arise Scheduler ("the extension") is a browser extension that automates shift scheduling on the Arise/Starmatic scheduling portal and requires an active license to function. This Privacy Policy explains what information the extension collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

The extension communicates only with its license server (https://150-136-49-144.sslip.io/) to provide licensing, synchronization, and scheduler functionality.

  • License Key — Used to verify that you have an active paid license before scheduler features are enabled.
  • Browser / Device Identifier — A randomly generated identifier (not your hardware serial number or real device ID) used to recognize your browser and manage license activation.
  • Starmatic Account Name — Used to associate synchronized information with the correct licensed subscriber and prevent information from being mixed between different users.
  • Scheduler Presets — Your saved presets are synchronized across your own devices so they remain available wherever you use your licensed account.
  • Pay Estimates — Current and previous pay-period estimates (hours, worked days, estimated earnings, and expected pay dates) are synchronized across your devices.
  • Commitment Adherence Data — Pay Cycle Commitment Adherence and Rolling 30-Day Commitment Adherence statistics are synchronized so your adherence history remains consistent across your devices.
  • Campaign Preferences — Campaign-specific scheduler preferences and synchronized settings required for extension functionality.

The extension does not collect passwords, payment card information, government-issued identification numbers, health information, personal files, browsing history outside supported Arise/Starmatic pages, or information from unrelated websites.

How Your Information Is Used

  • Verify your license.
  • Synchronize your settings across your own devices.
  • Restore presets, pay estimates, and Commitment Adherence information.
  • Maintain scheduler functionality.
  • Prevent different licensed users from sharing synchronized data.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Website Access

  • Supported Arise/Starmatic scheduling pages.
  • The extension's licensing server.

The extension does not monitor, collect, or transmit information from unrelated websites.

How Your Information Is Stored

Synchronized information is stored securely on the extension's private license server and is associated only with your licensed account.

Local extension settings continue to be stored in your browser. Synchronization is performed only for the information required to provide cross-device functionality.

Data Retention

Information associated with your licensed account is retained while your license remains active so your synchronized information is available across your devices.

Your Choices

  • You may uninstall the extension at any time to stop future synchronization.
  • You may request deletion of your synchronized account information by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Changes to this Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the extension after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
